My experience with Dr. Im’s office has been excellent over the years. Everyone is so pleasant and positive and Dr. Im is an excellent dentist. She is always concerned with my comfort and well-being as a patient. Thank you to Dr. Im and her entire staff!

I had my first visit at Renton Family Dentistry and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dental assistant was very gentle, friendly, and made sure I understood every step. Dr. Catherine Im was amazing — she took her time explaining everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and that really meant a lot to me. You can truly tell that they care about their patients. Thank you to the whole team for making my first visit so positive and stress-free. I’m grateful I found this clinic and look forward to coming back! 😊

Great office! Wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend this office as your dental home. Julie is always amazing. Dr. IM is caring and such a great dentist. Cleanings with Blake are hands down the best! He’s very good and gentle.

Update-April 23, 2025: Referred by Veteran’s Administration (VA) for dental care. I’m impressed by the Dentist-Catherine Im, Julie-Front desk whiz & Blake who cleans my teeth (periodontal) on a regular basis. They motivate me to keep my teeth maintained & constantly improving. Thanks for all you do. Update-October 26, 2025: Another great Peridontal cleaning with Blake. Dr Im stepped in for a quick peak in my mouth-“Fabulous”. I love this place with Julie@Front Desk/Reception with her great decorations. Blake is so calm & helpful. I need extra help with flossing. He gave me some special textured dental floss “CocoLab”. I’m using it now and ordered various flavors & stainless steel Tongue scraper. Thanks for taking care of my Dental needs.
